Cancellation Policy
1. Duration: The tour takes approximately 2 hours and depending on certain conditions (crowds, weather conditions) this may last up to 2.5 hours.
2. Age: Some of the tour spots may not be children / teenagers friendly. We do not recommend / accept joining the Shinjuku tour with children.
3. Cancellation:
-We would appreciate if you could let us know of your cancellation 8 hours prior to the meeting time at the latest.
-Depending on certain conditions (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, minimum guest requirement), the tour may be cancelled upon the prior notice to our guests
